  • Mt. San Jacinto College  (08/96-01/98) - NT/Network/IS Specialist

Setup and maintenance of the college’s New Media Center, maintenance of their Internet connectivity and web pages. Was responsible for a 7 station NT Workstation network with 1 NT Server. Including but not limited to setup of Softimage|3D datebase. WWW, FTP, Telnet and pop3 mail clients and servers. Also was key in the development of our multi campus WAN between 3 campuses using Windows NT. Including a Proxy, pop3 mail, and firewall server with over 100 workstations.

Setup new office including, building 10 workstations and 1 complete server, wiring, and all networking. TCP/IP, IPX, EMAIL, FTP, WINS, WWW. Preformed technical support to individual users and maintained network.

Setup of new office including 3 station networking using IPX with Windows95.

HOBBIES/INTRESTS

I take a strong interest in my community. Have been working as a volunteer for the City of Temecula during many occasions including their Balloon and Wine Festival, The Temecula Valley International Film Festival (I also created their web presence). I’m also active in the Southern Riverside Boys and Girls club along with the Riverside Against Drugs program
